Boswellia, Ashwagandha, Rasna, Guduchi and Punarnava are excellent for promoting comfortable movement of the joints and muscles. Boswellia Flex aids in eliminating toxins which can contribute to discomfort whilst also nourishing the muscular and skeletal system. Each herbal tablet contains: Boswellia (Boswellia serrata), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), Guduchi (Tinosporia cordifolia), Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), Guar gum

Free from gluten, soy and dairy. 100% vegetarian. Suitable for vegans.

Suggested Use: 
1-2 tablets taken twice a day after meals with warm water.

Our herbal tablets do not have any fillers or coatings applied to them; we use a small amount of guar gum and this works as a healthy natural binder to form the herbal tablets.
