Suggested Use:
1-2 tablets taken twice a day after meals with warm water.

Our herbal tablets do not have any fillers or coatings applied to them; we use a small amount of guar gum and this works as a healthy natural binder to form the herbal tablets. I have been taking three of these per day, and I am feeling better; not perfect, but definitely better. Stronger. Less stiff in my hip, which is not a happy hip.
