Kapha lymph oil is a warming oil which penetrates deep into the tissues, stimulating circulation and energising the body. It also helps reduce excess fluid and promotes a healthy and glowing appearance to the skin. Even the lovely refreshing, fragrant smell of this oil lifts the spirits in the morning!
Contains:
Tulsi leaf (Ocimum sanctum), Ginger root (Zingiber officinalis), Black pepper fruit (Piper nigrum), Pippali fruit (Piper longum), Ajwain seed (Trachysperumum ammi), Mustard seed (Brassica alba), Clove (Eugenia caryophyllus), Musta root (Cyperus rotundus), Vasa leaf (Adhatoda vasica), Cumin seed (Cuminum cyminum), Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora) in a base of pure organic sesame oil.
Our Ayurvedic massage oils are prepared in the traditional Ayurvedic way. We use a full 250g of herbs per litre of oil and follow a process that takes 3 days to prepare each oil. This complex process allows the healing properties from the herbs to permeate fully into the oil to maximise the efficacy.
Suggested Use:
Warm a little of the oil before applying to the whole of your body and massage into the skin. For best results apply daily before or after showering.
Here’s the thing, I’ve used Ayurvedic oils for decades. This oil is good, it seems to really do what it promises. BUT the smell, oh god the smell… it makes you smell like you soaked yourself in the leftover cooking oil from a curry house. I can’t stand it. I’ve added some sweet orange oil to the bottle and it has made a slight difference… but as of now, the bottle is languishing as I can’t bear to put it on myself. Unless the smell changes, I won’t be buying this again.
