Amnanda Lifebalance consists of 12 workshops that delve into 14 essential topics designed to help you achieve greater balance in your life. Additionally, the process is supported by a sublime Ayurvedic Oil treatment, using a specially formulated oil enriched with organic herbs.

What are the topics covered in Amnanda Lifebalance?

The topics include: Cellular Function and Health, Nervous System, Identity, Decision Making Process, Communication, Mindfulness, Resilience, Nutrition, Movement, Relationships, Self-Determination, Sexuality, Spirituality, and Equanimity.

What is the goal of Amnanda Lifebalance?**

The primary objective of Amnanda Lifebalance is to cultivate Equanimity and Contentment in our lives. We achieve this by learning to establish balance and harmony within ourselves. When we experience contentment, it becomes easier for happiness to flourish, leading to improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Ayurveda emphasizes disease prevention and health promotion, recognizing the interconnectedness of our mind, body, and spirit.

So, what factors influence our levels of equanimity and contentment? The answer primarily lies in the daily choices we make and our established behaviors. Our early experiences shape the patterns of thought and behavior that can hinder our ability to live harmoniously. The encouraging news is that we can become aware of these patterns and learn to change them. In Lifebalance, we focus on this process to help us reconnect with our authentic selves, or our innate Prakruti.

By understanding our lives, how we navigate them, and the world around us, we enhance our chances of discovering true contentment. Ultimately, we aspire to reintroduce childlike innocence and playfulness into our adulthood. While we accumulate valuable experiences and knowledge, we can sometimes lose that free-spiritedness. Lifebalance encourages us to incorporate this playful mindset into our daily lives. Our guiding principle is, “We return to Ourselves, we return to Innocence,” as we strive to comprehend the causes and relationships in our lives while pursuing our aspirations.
